How far in advance should we book a programme?

We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance for standard programmes, and six to eight weeks for custom engagements. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on facilitator availability.

Do you offer programmes outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver programmes internationally. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately for engagements outside Greater London. Virtual delivery is available globally with no additional travel charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% charge. Rescheduling is offered free of charge with at least seven days' notice.

Can programmes be customised for our industry?

Absolutely. Industry-specific customisation is available for all programmes. During our initial consultation, we discuss your sector's particular challenges and tailor examples, case studies, and exercises accordingly.
